With more than 35+ years experience in developing enterprise applications and having diverse background in running large industrial organizations, Mr.Sastry brings a rare combination of hands-on expertise on cutting edge technology with astute understanding of constantly changing business needs.
At Plumsoft, he was the architect of the Plumware framework — which is the foundation of all our ERP applications — with a simple yet powerful goal to simplify technology for business. Before working his magic at Plumsoft, Mr.Sastry was the CTO at Wissen Software Technologies, B2B Technologies, and Bodhtree consulting, Hyderabad. He has been Involved in various projects designs for clients at USA, Europe, South East Asia. He served as General Manager at Lamina Suspension Products Limited, Mangalore for over 19 years. He is a Qualified Lead Assessor of ISO 9000 – BSI QA.
Mr. Sastry was the Head of Department for Computer Science, NITTE Engineering College at Mangalore and was the first qualified lecturer in Mangalore University and the member of the syllabus committee for computer sciences.
Sastry is passionate about teaching and is a regular visiting lecturer at various colleges. He received an award of “The Indian Leadership Award for Industrial Development” in August 2012 from All India Achievers Foundation. Sastry is a Gold Medalist from Osmania University in Mechanical Engineering and got his M.Tech in Industrial Management from IIT, Madras.

Srini leverages his extensive experience in strategic customer management to help drive the company forward. Srini bring to Plumsoft more than 25+ years experience working with global organizations to implement strategies and processes aimed at optimizing company performance during periods of rapid growth. Srini leads the Plumsoft’s professional services group providing implmentation, support and training to customers of PlumERP.
Before Plumsoft, Srini was Vice President of Operations at Unicent Educational Society where he was responsible for bootstrapping operations and establishing new K-12 schools across Andhra Pradesh. Prior to that Srini was with Satyam Computers, responsible for building and scaling global service organizations in Content Management practice.laborum

Chirajneevi brings to Plumsoft more than 10 years of experience in working with several reputed organizations and keenly understands the needs of customers and operational challenges. Chiranjeevi worked with organizations like Coles Group, ING Vysya and has 10+ years of diverse industry experience as an Entrepreneur and Investor in Vijaya Transmission, and Transworks Information Services. He is always keen to take up challenging assignments and deliver the solution to the customer’s satisfaction.
